Today, we had a new furnace and new A/C installed... by JD Mechanical. I can't say enough good things about them, truly.JD had helped us out in a pinch last winter and the service, pricing and honesty provided made me determined that when the time came we would get new equipment through JD Mechanical. Today was the day. Our furnace was older than me (I'm 42!) and had been giving us issues the past few winters. Our A/C has been practically useless for at least the last 2-3 years. It was a chilly day but when they tested the A/C and I felt that cold air coming out of the vents, it was the best feeling. Then they cranked the heat and boy, did it get cozy fast.They showed up right at 8am when they said they would and they didn't stop for lunch or anything, they just worked until the job was done, probably 6 1/2 hours or so. They were professional and kind to my inside kitties and our outside strays. Green flags all around! We didn't have to use it but I also know they offer great financing options.read more

Our AC system was on its last legs, dying of... course in the middle of a heat wave. JD got a crew to us quickly, despite this being an extremely busy time for HVAC contractors. They replaced the condenser, air handler, all ductwork, and installed an attic exhaust fan in a day and a half. The guys hauled all the old material away and left our home looking like they were never here. The new system is working perfectly.Owner John and his employees were professional, accommodating and pleasant throughout the process.We give our highest recommendation to JD Mechanical.read more
